Brother Lysander
1 comment: Looks great! 1 question: How did you go about making the Imperial Eagle? BL Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/89302-terrain-bunker/#findComment-1027090 Share on other sites
DanTheAngry
The Eagle is cut from plasticard. I scanned a pic of it, sized it and printed it. Glued that to the plasticard and cut it out. Thanks man Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/89302-terrain-bunker/#findComment-1027094 Share on other sites
NoxI
Looks nice, though not sure how much I would trust it to protect me. I guess you could kneel in there and you'd be safe. :tu: Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/89302-terrain-bunker/#findComment-1027121 Share on other sites
StratoKhan
Nice, how did you do the rivets? Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/89302-terrain-bunker/#findComment-1027149 Share on other sites
DanTheAngry
The rivets are punched out of plasticard. I used a 1/16" hole punch that I got at michaels. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/89302-terrain-bunker/#findComment-1027321 Share on other sites
Gyson_Vore
It's really nice, I like it, but on a technicality, that would be considered a gun pit, not a bunker... AlteriusMotive
Nice, looks cool. Only two probs, one the concretes too bluish grey and the tiles don't line up, otherwise really cool. Try adding some ammo crates to liven it up a bit. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/89302-terrain-bunker/#findComment-1027377 Share on other sites
Penitent Dreadnought
the concretes too bluish grey Could be the lighting. the tiles don't line up Might be for aesthetic purposes. DanTheAngry
The hole punch dealy was actually fairly pricy I think $14CDN. Yeah the tiles not lining up, I want it to look more like a shrine or somthing gothic and I'm lazy. I started from shadow grey (hence the blue) so it fits in with all the other rocks and buildings ive done. AlteriusMotive
well, your bunker thing has inspired me to use a packet form the blue tack, i just bought. I also found a simple way to make more even squares, use a mathomat to draw the squares. They wont be perfect but lin up well and are roughly the same size. But i want to know where yo got the eagle image form? could yo post a link please.
