World Eaters (heresy era)

Recommended Posts

Yeah, yeah I know another pre heresy, heresy era army.

But this is something that I have wanted to do for a long time and right at the moment I have an abundance of space marine sprue's that I need to do something with. Enough of my rambling you good people want to see pics.

My test mini

This is excellent. I really like the freehand, and the blue looks very deep. The damge details are also a nice touch. Where did you get the plastic for the jump pack?

Any chance of sending some :)

the plastic tubing is just from a Bic ink pen with another very thin piece of plastic wrapped around it. I don't know your location but, most of the plasticard I use comes from "For Sale" signs that you can buy at Walmart or any hardware store.

Hope that can be of some help to ya.

Damn, emperor help whoever he's charging toward! :P

but seriously mate sweet job on him so far! Good freehand work, cleanly painted white, yeah i like him. im diggin the blue on him, any chance you can PM me the recipe.

that would be a solid blue for my CF's.

get his brothers painted so we can see!! :P

The blue is Vallejo Imperial Blue over a black base coat. Imperial Blue mixed with Ultramarines Blue for the highlight and then just pure Ultramarine Blue for the final highlight.
