shadow_cleric Posted October 27, 2008 Author Share Posted October 27, 2008 Back from the Dutch GT, and finished 56th due to so BAD armour save rolls ... and ... maybe i am not that good a strategist :) 1st game against marines -won 2nd game chaos marines - lost big time 3rd game - armoured imperial guard - won 4rd game - tau - lost .. again big time 5th games - nids - lost but .... i was nominated for best army .... and the competition was really hard this year.... only 5 nominies ... so a lot of good looking armies didn't even make it. and after voting, i was voted for best army! with a staggering amount of votes .... i was so happy! now the GT is behind us and i am finished with the marines ... i am not sure if i will paint any marines in the future ... but never say never, because marines are so easy to convert and paint... and ... marines are cool :) hope you enjoy the last pics Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Your army is truly impressive, I hope I can achieve something half as good :P I'm especially impressed by your loinclothes (tabards), they look really natural and fit in perfectly.
