primarch111
I am thinking of painting my soul drinkers as a crusader force as shown in WD #310. I seem to remember pictures of Black Templars having quatered and other designs on the right shoulder pad any one know were i can find them?????? THE SOUL DRINKERS ARE A LOYAL CHAPTER, THEY ANSWER TO NONE BUT THE EMPEROR!!!!!!! Kurgan the Lurker
Those types of patterns have been traditionally resereved for officers and sargeants as personal heraldry moreso than any particular army badge. You can pretty much do what ever you want for that. Best bet is probably just google up some heraldry images. Callas
There was an article, I think in Black Gobbo some time ago, about chapters that have fought alongside each other in grevious circumstances (lit: lotsa dead) and then incorporate parts of each other's colours and campaign badges into their own as a mark of respect.
