Post your terminators

Recommended Posts

I am captivated by the librarian, and by the terminators in general. Do you have any sort of step-by-step or any pictures at all in the process?

Browsing this board and others I have seen many cool minis, but only so often am I this taken by them. Your librarian is like the perfect mini to capture the 40k essence.

I like your scouts a lot too.

Nothing new, but here's my Grayven Wolves Termies, the top pic is well out of date as they have all been based on slate, and had snow added.

The colour for the shields was Vermin Brown, washed with Chestnut ink straight out the tub, not thinned at all, then touched up with a little Vermin brown/Vomit Brown.

The edges are Brazen Brass, washed with Brown Ink, then highlighted with Dwarven Bronze.

Here's a couple more shots from different angles:

Thank you Sir. :tu:

I'm a fraid, I don't have any wip pics. I added height to the stomach area, and feet. The Librarian however has much more volume sculpted on the chest/stomach/shoulders... Something I should've done with all of them. I did the Librarian after the squad and got sort of carried away with him, looking to get the right feel.

A quick reposting, since my first post's pictures were all over sized and the url pointed to a site where most had to log in to view them.

Three out of a dozen or so pics. None up to 'standard' since these were taken with an old digital camera. Hopefully better pics to follow in a month or so.

Here is another one...I totally forgot about this guy. This was painted for a friend and then he moved away.http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y137/olliekickflip/LysanderAaron.jpg

Now this is my favorite termie of all time. He was a one of the leaders of my Death Wing army. Kind of a cyborg terminator dog named Ronin. I painted him a long time ago so he doesn't have all the super cool blending and such but he's still my all time favorite. Oh and the armor is all sculpted on him. He was supposed to be one of a full squad of termie dogs but after finishing him I said NO WAY. I hope you like him.
