bruenor Posted July 5, 2006 Share Posted July 5, 2006 The colour for the shields was Vermin Brown, washed with Chestnut ink straight out the tub, not thinned at all, then touched up with a little Vermin brown/Vomit Brown. The edges are Brazen Brass, washed with Brown Ink, then highlighted with Dwarven Bronze. I added height to the stomach area, and feet. The Librarian however has much more volume sculpted on the chest/stomach/shoulders... Something I should've done with all of them. I did the Librarian after the squad and got sort of carried away with him, looking to get the right feel. He was a one of the leaders of my Death Wing army. Kind of a cyborg terminator dog named Ronin. I painted him a long time ago so he doesn't have all the super cool blending and such but he's still my all time favorite. Oh and the armor is all sculpted on him. He was supposed to be one of a full squad of termie dogs but after finishing him I said NO WAY.
