Dawn of the Dogs
was goofing around today and gave some of my marines "angry eyebrows" using green-stuff, one thing led to another and after a while, i tried making some crusader style helmets. these were my results: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v347/ddog2/RIMG0650.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v347/ddog2/RIMG0649.jpg not great, but decent jobs i think. definetly need more practice. FireHawk
Hi, have you seen the cover of the book 'Horus Rising' , there's a helmet on there that looks sort of similar, so IMHO the conversion looks quite authentic. The full cover of Horus Rising is available as an A2 poster by the Black Library: http://www.blacklibrary.com/product.asp?pr...ype=Merchandise It shows lots of unusual, older-style helmets. FireHawk
For the spike try the Ork plastic sprue, a lot of the heads on it have spikes on top of their helmets.
