Black Templar Terminator WIP

Working on some Black Templar Terminators, am hopping to get into the next Space Hulk game, also refining my digital camers skills.

 

The Helms are not glued in yet, waiting to see if I really like them, I'll paint them before glueing to see.

I could use some feed back on them for the board.

 

Also, on the group shot, the far left, Terminator, right thigh, not sure how I like the BT icon, just does not look right, what do you think?

 

 

The arms use Rare Earth Magnets, the Strom Shields and arms also use Rare Earth Magnets into two pices for ease of painting and placement.

Looks pretty damn spiffy to me :tu:

 

one nitpick though is that while the helmets are cool, the eyeslits seem slightly cartoony and "furrowbrow"ish to me, like they are organic rather than metal. (they are almost too smooth IMHO)

 

If you could either straigten the angry brows or add more tiny rivets in the corners of the armor plates I think it would much more convincing.

 

but maybe thats just me :tu:

your right about the templar seal it looks kinda :lol: put it somewhere else where it wont

look so outa place,but otherwise the conversions rock,dont skimp on the paintjob :D i'll be watching !!!

looking good so far, i like the helmets. you spent a hefty penny on some forgeworld goodies but those are usually always worth it. cant wait to see em painted up
