Harald Fairmane
I recently talked a friend of mine into buying battle of macragge, and played through the missions with him. Even though I was bored playing them (you know, those are only to teach you the game, and playing tyranids was especially boring) he thought it was fun. And thus, a space marine player was born. Anyways, he painted a few of the minis, and being unfamiliar with forums he asked me to upload some images for him. When he showed them to me, I was very suprised by how good they looked. So what do you guys think? His name is "samedag", all credits go to him. http://i10.photobucket.com/albums/a125/Dash4/firstpainted.jpg http://i10.photobucket.com/albums/a125/Dash4/firstpainted2.jpg http://i10.photobucket.com/albums/a125/Dash4/firstpainted3.jpg http://i10.photobucket.com/albums/a125/Dash4/firstpainted4.jpg Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/91133-first-ever-painted-minis/ Share on other sites

Tigron
I'm sorry, didn't mean to be rude. what I meant was... if your starting level is that good, and even if you progress as slowly as I do, what will it be then? Bloodthirster90
Guillman's Oath, those are good for a first timer. Imagine how awesome you'll be after a year in the hobby (if your wallet survives that long ;)) Looks like Boltman might have a competitor in the near future. Black Daemon Templar
Pretty good man! I would have shaded the skin tone a bit more as it looks kinda strange round the eyes. And I would cut down on the colours in your SM colour scheme as well. Either cut the red or the green (red is the most clich Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/91133-first-ever-painted-minis/#findComment-1047793 Share on other sites

Harald Fairmane
I saw some guys who looked like yours, with a bit less colours. Maybe you can paint more like them? They look really cool if you ask me anyways(well apart from the fact that they are being slaughtered).. http://www.coolminiornot.com/31390 Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/91133-first-ever-painted-minis/#findComment-1048943 Share on other sites
