What is it like to play at Warhammer World?

From what I could tell when I was last there they have pretty much all the forgeworld range if it is in stock. I always have a look at the necromunda models while there. -

Krieg Boxset
zarkkarn replied to Chaplain Raeven's topic in + NEWS, RUMORS, AND BOARD ANNOUNCEMENTS +
As long as you make an effort to make the squads distinct its nit an issue. For example if running an all cadian army you can use gas mask helms on the death korp squad, clearly visible knives and other melee weapons on the catachans then just use standard cadian box for cadians. If you run 3 bog standard cadian squads as they come out the box and 1 is catacham 1 is cadian 1 is krieg not only is it confusing for your opponent you will definitely forget which is which. -

Miniature of the Year 2024
zarkkarn replied to Joe's topic in + NEWS, RUMORS, AND BOARD ANNOUNCEMENTS +
These limited releases should really be made as MTO at the end if the year or something, when it was 1 or 2 models it was a bit more understandable but there must have been at least 10 limited release models this year. -

Thanks for the info, thats 7 and 8 cancelled if theres one thing I dont need more of its termagaunts maybe if it was 10 in 1 issue id have picked up a couple but your missing the special weapon sprue so barely saving anything off retail when split over 2. -

Running it fine on a 1080 and i7 8700k. Did set me up on default of high settings but think medium looks better for some reason. Getting about 50fps. Make sure you update your drivers. -
Animation is great, the voice over work seems a bit off over all enjoyed it. Is anyone else having issues where the video is just too quiet? I normally watch youtube at about 25% audio volume have to crank it up all the way to 75% for warhammer+

New Hachette Magazine Combat Patrol
zarkkarn replied to Rzeźbiarz's topic in + NEWS, RUMORS, AND BOARD ANNOUNCEMENTS +
I would think termagants would be 10 in 1 issue which would be the 3 small sized sprues but we will wait and see. They did split up the necron warriors previously In imperium. If they do decide to split up the basic infantry into seperate issues that will be a hard pass. -

More KT Rumours

It was a new cut sprue which contained the parts for an ogryn (no bullgryn parts) and the volleygun kasrkin from the killteam box. Which unfortunately along with the bsf character releases sets a bad precident of making new sprues from existing models. Still fingers crossed we get all new teams this season. -

Team sounds interesting, really hoping its a new ogryn kit. Cant wait to see the ratlings. -
After watching mordian leaks Ive still picked up a copy of the codex. Worst case Ill be fielding an assasin and a squad of deathwatch in my guard or templar armies shame inquisition still cant really be its own viable force though. Like others was really hoping for some inquisitorial stormtroopers. Maybe they will be a killteam release at some point.
