  1. Hmmmm .... interesting. Thank you everyone that has partook in this thread.
  2. I'm thinking yes you can. Lets say if you put ten assault intercessors in a drop pod, it comes down, and yes you deploy them around it within 3" and yes you can still charge.
  3. He killed the Emperor's Champion yesterday :)
  4. I don't know because I have not yet played it in 10th edition. I want to try it for my next game though.
  5. Again, @Tacitus, that guy ^
  6. @Tacitus What that guy said ^
  7. And as the Emperor's Exterminators they had access to weaponry the other legions did not. More rare, older, and heinous weaponry lol. Again, they were the exterminators.
  8. Thanks. I'd like that solution just for priming/basing. Especially when doing Dark Angels, with your choices for a base spray limited now that GW has canceled Caliban Green spray for a while. But after my recent discovery of how crappy a lot of GW's sprays have gotten since they changed their paint vendor about two years prior, not sure it would be worth it today?
  9. I've contemplated that solution. How hard is it to properly vent for it? I've got a nice rather large basement with a basement door, and several very small windows that open up.
  10. Units I'd consider getting for this list would be a regular terminator squad to build/paint up as Deathwing terminators, that way each of your terminator characters could have a unit to be embedded with if you ran both deathwing terminators and the deathwing knights? I'd definitely consider a box of intercessors, a box of hellblasters, and a box of Inceptors. Azrael and a Lieutenant would also be good characters to add if you get the previously mentioned units.
  11. Yes. Going back to their origins as the First Legion, they were heavy users of plasma weapon technology (among others they used too). Ancient stronger and reliable plasma weaponry that the Imperium can't really reproduce in the current times of 40k genre-lore.
  12. Based in GW Wraithbone. A 2:1 combination of Army Painter Speed Paint Medium, and Pallid Bone Speedpaint 2.0. Dry brushing of Army Painter Skeleton Bone Fine dry brushing of GW Wraithbone I used GW Seraphim Sepia to spot shade a couple areas such as the studs on the power fist. Next time I'll thin it down a little. After some reflection I think I'll reduce my dry brushing a little bit on the next ones, I sorta blew out some of the shading.
  13. I had to paint up a terminator to make sure I got my Deathwing recipe and scheme down. Mission accomplished.
  14. If this was a pick up game with a game store dude, SPARE HIM NO MERCY!!!! If this was playing with good friends, well, imo good friends wouldn't ask to re-do all of that in the first place, and not knowing which wounded and which didn't etc. Basically a full re-do of the combat?. You were not in the wrong by your decision and logic. I play only with close friends and we usually allow mulligans within a certain limit, for example if you forgot something crucial. In this case among my friends we would say "well that sucks, lesson learned for next game" and we'd move on.
