When you register your account and choose your display name, you should pick a name that you will be satisfied with in perpetuity, regardless of which army(ies) or game(s) you play. Under normal circumstances, members are not allowed to change their display names. If there are extenuating circumstances, you may contact the administrators to request to change your display name. If they approve, they will coordinate with you to identify the new display name you desire and they will change your display name in the system.
Periodically, members may be allowed to change their display name once during a short period of time (typically one month). Those occasions will be announced. The following steps may be taken to change your display name (look for the orange cursors or ovals in the images below):
1. Access your profile menu by hovering over the drop down arrow next to your display name at the top left of the screen.
2. Select “Account Settings” from the menu.
3. Select "Display Name" from the menu on the left or click the "Change" button next to Display Name from the menu in the center.
4. Enter the new display name you desire in the field.
5. Click the “Save” button.
