Warhammer- Belfast

So while on a Tour of Northern Ireland, the tour stopped in Belfast for about 2 hours self guided tour and lunch. After Lunch at Hellcat Maggie's, the wife and I were about start walking around Belfast and I made a joke that there should be Warhammer store near by. She laughed said better not be. turned the corner and there it was. Store #6      Store was about the size of my local stores and pretty busy.

Kids back went back to school in early August and well it finally got me. Papa Nurgle's embrace.  I have been fighting this cold (just a a cold) it for almost a week and on the mend but man I hate being sick. Plus having no energy, working OT, and trying to rest has been rough.    I am hoping to be back to being healthy soon.

Warhammer World- Nottingham

OMG.......Store #2 of the Honeymoon. WARHAMMER WORLD, such an unreal experience. The exhibit hall, the gaming area, the store, and even with Bugman's being remodeled it was still cool thing.      The Rhino, the Space Marine statue, and LT. Titus such a site to see in person. Warhammer Store- London

While I was trying to keep a blog while on my 19 day Honeymoon in UK/ Ireland and I really disliked typing it out on my phone and trying to keep it forum related.  My Wife and I planned on going to Nottingham for a day (04/28) and going to Warhammer World while there. We arrived in London on 4/22 and crashed out. The morning 04/23 We were about to begin our tour of London, I was curious where the closest Warhammer Store was. Turns out it was just under a mile away from hotel.

Warhammer - York

Saving Warhammer World for the last....     So on 04/29 My wife and I were walking to our hotel in York, I laughed as we were 280 feet from Warhammer York. This would be Warhammer store #3. It was a little bigger than the Warhammer Stores here. And I loved their store display.            I did purchase my Astra Militarum Codex here.

Warhammer- Edinburgh

On 04/30 the Wife and I were in Edinburgh, Scotland.....Warhammer store 0.1 mile for hotel, wife was slightly annoyed which I was very humorous to me. Awesome Kill Team display board.  Store had a limited amount of Forgeworld and was about the same size as my local stores. I did get to hang out with the employees for a bit. Plus look at that view of Edinburgh Castle! Store #4 visited!

UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nothing like working on models and going to move something and discovering your super thin super glue bottle somehow had a leak and now stuff is glued to your self healing cutting mat including your ceramic coffee mug paint cup.....   Damage is fully unknown at this point but brand new Army Painter paint pot is glued down.    Its stuff....but the self healing mat hurts if I cant use super glue debonder.

RIP Self Healing cutting mat....You did your job....

Well it is a sad day...my self healing cutting mat is done for...once I buy a new one.  All because a Bottle of Extra Thin Super glue cracked in multiple places and glued stuff down.    So went to my FLGS that is closing at the end of the month, which will be another blog post in itself, to say goodbye to the owner and pick up some debonder.  While purchasing the debonder, one of the employees said Extra Thin Super Glue bottle crack on you? Warhammer- Dublin

At this point on the Honeymoon it has became a hunt for me to find Warhammer stores near our hotel. Originally our plan was to stay at the Zanzibar Locke Hotel in Dublin (99 meters away) but changed it to Trinity City Hotel (850 meters away). This store was about twice the size of my home state stores. But had some really nice models on display. I thought I got a pic of the amazing Iron Snakes that the staff member did.    Store #5

10 days and counting

In 10 days, I will be in Nottingham....EEEK  WARHAMMER WORLD! 5,148 miles away from home in Arizona, celebrating my honeymoon with my amazing wife. We actually leave Monday for London and will be there for a few days.  I won't have my models with me, but will be an epic adventure.

Thunderhawk has arrived

The Grey Knight Thunderhawk touched down safely after launching from the Inquisitorial Black Ship Phoenix. The planet of Khymara Prime was quiet. While the Hive cities may had some light activity to them, the main city, Khymara Prime Proper, was quiet. Khymara Prime Proper consisted of Imperial Adminstratum buildings, Ecclesiarch buildings and an Adeptus Arbites Precient and the older ruined Imperial buildings.
