The Chosen are a simple group to put together, just a Nemesis Claw box with a couple of changes to loadouts from the suggested version. I'm going to be running them as two identical Chosen squads with the following loadout- champion w/plasma pistol, powerfist, and icon, chosen w/twin accursed weapon and plasma pistol, 2x Chosen with combi-weapon, accursed weapon, and bolt pistol, Chosen w/bolter, accursed weapon, and bolt pistol. Since I love the chainglaives that all good Night Lords carry, this made figuring out the leaders of each squad easy- they get a chainglaive to represent a powerfist, with Nivar Xikas getting the Nemesis squad's chainblade that was easily converted to a chainglaive by adding to the hilt. Twin accursed weapons were also easy, as there is a member of the Nemesis claw with lightning claws already, and a rather nasty looking knife-wielder that I simply gave a plasma pistol to. The rest of the crew(s) were modeled as either bolt pistol and chainsword to represent the combi-weapon Chosen, or given a bolter to be the least special guy in each squad and probably be removed first.

As a bonus, the Nemesis Claw box had the bits needed to give Headsman Kordesh his...head, and backpack. I had already modeled the chain and skulls on his right arm so he is now ready for some worbla skin trophies to add to it, which should happen this week if my modeling timeline works out properly.
