    Wrapping Wreckas

    Hit the throttle on the Wreckas last week. I've been painting pretty slowly this year all things considered, decided to change that with this project. Finished up free-hand on a few items, got the squigs painted up, did the bases and oil washes last week resulting in a final project I'm pretty happy with!    I dug out some of the leftover terrain bits I had from the sector imperialis/Chalnath terrain. An update, an update!    I've decided that I need some more Chaos in my life and that the Ebon Word/Shrikeborn need some friends. I was looking over the Red Corsair rules and rather like them, especially since CSM don't have any other Infiltrating units. While I like the rules and I think the models are ok, they just don't really fit with the aesthetics of the force I have already, being more modern and a force of renegades rather than older legion warriors. Building the final units (Ninth Verse, Pale Wake, Orren Malith)

The final building portion of my CSM journey has been completed! Got the bits to make the Ninth Verse Chosen for the Ebon Word, and the Pale Wake Legionaries and Orren Malith the Dark Apostle for the Shrikeborn. TO&E of my Chaos Marines

Just a quick layout of my current, in-progress units for my CSM. Leaders will have what they are in-game after their name/title, units will have their loadouts after their name. Sub-leaders are two categories- for the Ebon Word they are members of a kill-team/trainee-style leaders that do not have full lore breakdowns.
