Weekly Update #5

So now working on both the Ork and Chaos patrols at the same time cause the lining on these marines are causing me headaches.

I did get the Dark apostle, warboss (mostly), a boy and the Turox done.

I;m going to start placing magnets in the bases of these like I did with my nids so they will be easy to carry in the maglock system I have been swapping to.

Also planning to set up a sort of display later as I'm going to start working on my den area again soonish.

Nice.

I have been putting magnets in my bases for a little while. I also use cheap metal cookie sheets from Walmart to help store models on the desk on my repurposed Cooling Rack

Neat idea, but not what I'm going with, just using standard bookcases cause it's going to store more then just my models, well 40k models.

Seriously neat idea.

It was my wife's idea, since I was already using cookie sheets

here is a pic of it in use. Long term storage I would be afraid of it collapsing but for WIP models or models I want to work on I dont mind.

Your cat does not look amused.

But yeah I'm looking at a more permanent solution that look s good for finished models and books. Already have the idea, just waiting for my sister to finish clearing the room (it was her old one) and my next three check month to have the funds for the bookshelves.

I will pass this onto my sister as she is starting to starve for desk space on her projects.

There isn't a "disapprove" button, so "respectfully disagree" will have to do.
