One of things I miss about the past editions of 40k is not so much the game but the cool upgrade kits from Forge World. Besides the cool Leman Russ upgrades FW released there was a few kits I wanted and some I even was able to get.  My absolute Favorite kit was the Mk IIb Land Raider kit. I was able to get a Mk IIb Land Raider and is in my Grey Knights, with added Blood and Skulls Track kit.  The other Land Raider kit I wanted was the Land Raider Prometheus which I was able to find one eventually, on the secondary market. I also picked up the Warhammer Command Tanks while at Warhammer World on my honeymoon. The original idea was to add these to my Grey Knights. I need to check to see how Land Raiders I have unbuilt. I know there is a Phobos on the desk, the Excelsior in my cabinet with my back stock of kits. I need to get out there and put models I am not building (Adepta Sororitas and Adeptus Custodes) away and so I will check when I do put the kits away.  Like I said they were Originally going to be in my Grey Knights, but the Excelsior and Prometheus are not available for Grey Knights. But they are available for Space Marines. 

Howling Griffons - The Howling Griffons Chapter made use of the Land Raider Prometheus during the Badab War against the Secessionist Forces of the Tyrant of Badab, Lufgt Huron, and also during the Dennar IV Rebellion.

Shield of Mancora - The Shield of Mancora was a Land Raider Prometheus of the Howling Griffons Chapter which took part in the Badab War, where it was immobilised and captured by the Executioners Chapter. It is unknown if the vehicle was ever returned.

Standard Scheme 

I am not a fan of this scheme and since most of my Land Raiders will be attached to the 1st Co. and they will be in the Night Camo Scheme

I usually don't put the guns in the rear mounts, I might this time. 

I have plans to make a Chapter Master Calgar count as, with Custom Victrix Guard. And his personal transport is will be the Land Raider Excelsior.
