The "narrative" of the Armageddon box is what is stopping me from embarking on the Marine half. Do I add them to my homebrew chapter and squeeze them into the Armageddon lore? Or pick from one of the many Chapters that are listed as being involved. Just. Can't. Make up my mind.

I don't know much (anything) about the Red Hunters but imagine them fighting alongside your Inquisition forces? If so, I like the narrative thread running across your armies.

Not a lot of Info on Red Hunters besides a few things, they serve all Ordos of the Inquisition, the worship the Emperor as god, they are the ones that followed the Penitent Marines post Badab War, often form Bodyguards for inquisitor's, and of Course they Wear the Inquisition Sigil on their Chapter icon.  

I like the Narrative but the Chapters outside of the Crimson Fists and Black Templars are are all right. So I had to get rid of the Armageddon on my banner. My group has a long going story of battle so we tie our battles together in one Sub Sector to make one long story, Horus Heresy to modern 40k, including Necromunda Gangs fighting in the Hives of one of the planets. 

This way my Red Hunters will have my newer Ordo Malleus Inquisition team led by Inquisitor Thrace along with 2 armigers.  My Grey Knights will get my custom throw back Ordo- Malleus Inquisitor-Lord "Ares", who was Thrace's Mentor, are handling the Chaos / Daemon Threats.
