First post trying out some Colour schemes for my chapter, looking for a deep purple with a chameleon paint feel to it. I feel the blue highlights are a bit too "bright" so maybe try a more greenish shade. 

As a note the Reiver models are in no way related to the chapter title, this chapter started way back in the late 90's, and the updated colour scheme is for the Primaris marines. The first born are just Liche Purple without fancy pants scheme and will stay that way. 

Currently, the colour scheme is:

a base of Leviathan purple contrast,

followed by a good dry brush of Teclis Blue,

another Leviathan purple... going forward I will need to thin down the second coat as it's covering up the dry brush too much.

Finally, highlight with Baharroth Blue, but this is too blue for what I'm looking for, so will change this (and probably the Teclis blue as well). 

Eventually, when/if I get round to playing about with my airbrush, I'll change the way I do this, but I'll get the colour sorted first.
