This idea grew out of an idea in 3rd edition about doing an army based on the Legion of the Damned. Everything was going to skull and death themed, no vehicles, everything was a foot-slogger. Well I was walking through Target and found some plastic skulls for Holloween. Well Skulls found! Army in progress!
