Those boonie hat/heads for the scouts is a good idea (MaxMini?).  I may have to borrow it for the scouts in my own chapter's (if I ever come up with a decent name) full company!  :)  Something to help individualize each squad type is just what I want for my guys and gals (I have quite a number of the old OOP/GW-shutdown Demonblade Shock Sisters I'm attempting to modify to fit into my company (tac squads anyway).
