Captain's personal heraldry (minus whatever might be on

I decided to follow a similar theme on the right shoulder pad as I used on the left, adding small decorations. However, I decided to use white instead of black on this side, putting a fermee cross in the front and a vertical sword in the rear (I really need to clean up the definition on the sword - I never realized how shoddy it looks until now). The litanies came out a bit too dark, so I was going to thin them out a bit with red and use a wash of brown to give them some more depth.

The axe head is too blurry to see the mould lines that I failed to file off properly before painting. Luckily, those are in areas that don't have the blue lightning effect, so I'll be able to fix them whenever I get around to putting more work into this mini.

And the red highlights are pronounced in the pictures. Whenever I get around to finishing this guy (it will happen, even if I decide to not finish off the rest of the army), I'll clean him up a bit.
