Using salvaged but drop pods he has built in a Vox/Communications scrambler system the disrupts the immediate area amplified by the unfortunate tortured victims strapped in the screams not only sow fear and confusion but a have a hidden locator beacon helping the Warband deep strike near by with more ease.
