I added this to my stompa because in the first set of rules for the stompa the rockets on the model were more accurate than normal shooting due to grot steering so I decided to add a grot bomb launch rack. In my head I pictured that the grot was told he was being given a fighter, but when he dives into an attack, the steering controls just snap off when he tries to pull up. It fits in with the fairly dark humour of the ork background.
