armor skirt

This was my hack on the 'new' chimera kit back in 2010 - In the old kit, the armor panel was a separate piece, and you could snip it down and 'flush' mount it. At the time I really liked the way it cleaned up the lines on the overall kit, but when I was able to give it a go, the new kits were the only thing available. It worked, but it was WAY too much effort for a minimal effect. I had to drill a million holes along the perimeter from the inside all the way around and then snip it all out, then file/sand it flush on both sides.
