Palisade and CD-Case bunker can be seen, and that black'n'white based bit in the middle is a blank CD covered with flock (Actually, the insides of a water-filter cartridge!) and with a few spare bits from the Sanctum Imperialis stuck on. It's a street-light (a la Narnia! http://www.bolterandchainsword.com/gallery/album/4414-terrain/edit/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif )
