Where do you get these two in one bolter/flamer/plasma guns?

The plasma combi is from a GW sprue, forget which one it might be the marine commander, i may be wrong and the flamer combi is from a seperate flamer and boltgun, then hacked at with a modelling knife glued together to form the awesomeness that is a combi flamer! combi weapons rock! even if they are only one shot!!!!
