I must say you know how to convert miniatures, however I don't like the forward placement of the magazine in this figure (and one other previous). Seems if they wanted a weapon with a such a short barrel they would have just made it a pistol. If it were me, I would try positioning the magazine just forward of the right hand, or perhaps make it a bull-pup design (magazine behind pistol grip). If neither of those work, perhaps lengthening the barrel to offset the short barrel. Just my thoughts...
