This image appeared in The Inquisitor Sketchbook by John Blanche (Black Library 2001). The Space Marine is wearing Mk VIII (Errant) power armor, and is probably intended to represent a modern (M41) Space Marine based on the context (concept sketches for the Inquisitor game). I'm using the basic color scheme for my lost Primogenitor Chapter (M32).
