My army commander, Captain Valos Tiburin, of the 3rd Company. Armed with a Storm Bolter and the Claw of Nef'arien, a MC'ed Lightning Claw. Also has an Iron Halo (Which broke off, disappeared, and hasn't been replaced yet). Captain Tiburin has been in command of the 3rd Company for over 200 years, and is one of the most senior commanders of the Lords of Oblivion.
