Dominar_Mortis Posted April 15, 2006 Share Posted April 15, 2006 i thinkone way is to use the marine shoulder pads on the other way (so the usual body side is facing down). you will have to cut down the pad so it's open then add plasticard strips and/or gs strapping (thing the crutch straps from the commander box) USGW's Black Gobbo has a page or two on PH stuff, one being a SW PH marine DOM ;) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Even the rightous sweat of a marine can kill heretics :unsure: As for the actual question use plastic card rods. Look for the Adeptus Mechanicus troops done by the Hoff on Warseer and you can see how good they look with the shoulder pads. PM if you need a link and I should be able to dig it out. Rau le Creuset Posted June 15, 2006 Share Posted June 15, 2006 Somehow this sounds boastful ^_^ I really have to admit, the way I made pre-heresy terminator shoulder pads is much simpler and (at least) for me looks better. You just have to cut the round upper end of a terminator shoulder pad away and glue the underpart a the terminator's side. I then used the arms and shoulder pads of normal marines underneath. Looks imo more impressing then the solutions above.
