  1. I’ve since found the PDFs for Legends... and discovered that there’s a specific one for Dark Angels. I’m all good now!
  2. So essentially it’s a case of use our codex (complete with DEATHWING keyword and Interromancy powers) and if I want to stick a storm shield on him, I can using (I’m guessing l) the storm shield cost from our codex. The ability to actually take a storm shield is the only thing taken from the Legends, everything else is from ours? Unless I want to run him in that set up in a tournament in which case A ) I probably won’t be aiming to win with his inclusion in a list but more importantly B ) I’d just need to check it’ll be allowed under their rules Is that the correct understanding?
  3. Thanks. So does that mean if I wanted to field a terminator librarian with a storm shield I'd use the legends data slate - and therefore lose access to the DA specific psychic powers and the DEATHWING keyword?
  4. Quick question: How come our Librarian in Terminator Armour cannot take a storm shield but the Legendary/Index version can? I’ve seen some people say that as it’s an option in the index we still get it but I don’t know if that’s an official stance. I’d just love to convert / magnetise an option for my new limited edition Librarian but don’t see the point if it can’t be used in game at some point.
  5. Thanks. I did wonder why the points were updated but the power levels weren't, but then after reading your reply I realised why would they change the power levels? It'd be effort for an audience that'd probably alter the levels accordingly themselves, whereas points as you say are important for matched play and therefore tournaments - the opposite of what power levels were intended for (I.e quick in-the-ballpark-power-rating match ups).
  6. Hi, I'm a bit confused about the costing of units in terms of power levels - specifically the exact same units in Codex:Dark Angels when compared to Codex: Space Marines. The actual points are all the same in both codices, it's just the power levels don't match. For example Reivers cost us 5 but the exact same unit, same rules etc cost Marines 4. The Impulsor costs us 6 (in Ritual of the Damned) but it's 4 in the marine codex. Same could be said for Land Raiders, Librarians etc. Absolutely fine about our specialised units costing more than similar units (e.g our terminators) just not the exact same units. What do we do in these situations? Stick with our codex coatings even though it makes no sense?
  7. Thanks for that Battle Report - really engaging style.
  8. And for a lot less points too.
  9. From the album: Thranquil's White Scars

A conversion using Inquisitor Coteaz as a base. He now has a Glaive of Vengeance, a top knot, removed the Inquisition symbols, added a skull to his mid section and retained the hunting eagle. The double headed eagle represents the Scars role as the Emperors Hawks in the Crusade and also their strong loyalty to the Imperium.
