Inquisitor: Martyr is an Action RPG that takes place in Warhammer 40,000. It's been gradually been polished (especially in playability and performance issues) since its release. Coming soon will be a new Downloadable Content expansion to add Sororitas as a playable character: Here's my take on this. Inquisitor: Martyr is what I play to get myself in the mood for painting. This is a bit of a back-handed compliment, as it's fun enough to put me into a 40k mindset, but not so fun that I want to binge on it past 1 mission. The game's okay for a Steam sale imho, and although it's been improved, I feel it has performance issues for a game of its type (although that's been noticeably improved). As for the Sororitas class, aside from the character/narrative/theme, it'll genuinely be interesting from a gameplay perspective. Here's what I'll be looking for: what weapons can she use, because that is a major factor determining her playstyle. My current main is a Heavy Bolter Crusader who also uses Turrets (for those familiar with Tarantulas, he drops those), which I found to work best at higher difficulties (like on Impossible difficulty the game's quite possible, barely an inconvenience, just time-consuming). It's a safe-but-plodding playstyle. If Sororitas can do that better, I'm actually interested in playing her (I didn't even buy the Techpriest DLC).
