khairney Posted June 15, 2008 Share Posted June 15, 2008 i was flicking through the codex csm, and i noticed that the picture of the iron warrior has go one black shoulder pad, and the other one is the same colour as the armour... i know this is a helluva nooby question, but is that normal?? iv always painted both the shoulder pads black! Loketh Posted June 16, 2008 Share Posted June 16, 2008 In the dev. commentaries about Chaos Marines, it seems that color placement isn't as vital as it is to the Loyalist dogs. We don't have to abide to the Codex Astartes, and Chaos Marines are often separated from other warbands and the color schemes will vary greatly from one warband to the next.
