I've placed an order for another 4 weapons, but I have to wait for them to arrive before painting them. Fortunately the Armorcast Reaver allows for a fairly easy weapon swap out. At the time they were manufactured, they were licensed GW product. Just because people bought them, doesn't mean that people assembled or used them. I bought this one 4 years ago from someone never assembled it. It sat in my to build pile all this time, waiting for a system, such as apocalypse to rise on the horizon. Well now is the time. Rules have been released again to encourage and allow play of these magnificent models, and I have the time to paint and play him. Just as the old Marauder giants, elfs, and dwarfs are still "legal" to play in GW games, so are these beauties! Armorcast has not produced or sold these models for close to 8 years at this point. I am very jealous and almost any gamer I see that has old models I ask if they have any armorcast stuff or if anyone they know has any armorcast stuff. So far no hits.
