And I DID commision this version, as I was tired of the other Magnus models that made hime look like a blue one-eyed ape with wings... I see this as how Magnus chooses to present himself in front of what's left of his Legion. And I wanted him big because bigger IS better ;). I was under the impress that Magnus had only 1 eye socket, not so much missing an eye, but his mutation was that he only had a place for 1 eye, kinda like a cyclopse. Otherwise friggen sweet. Deneris Posted September 5, 2008 Share Posted September 5, 2008 I actually thought the same, but in the Horus Heresy books he's described as having two sockets, but only one eye- the other socket bisected by a nasty scar. It's assumed that once he fully became a demon prince Tzeentch made him into a "true" cyclops by centering the eye and removing the empty socket.
