so brothers and wolves do we continue to use our codex for certain weapons such as the assault cannon and plasma? in the faq it states that our crusaders A.Cs act like the A.Cs of the other space marines yet our wolf guard are left with the 3 shots non rending A.Cs

 

as well as our plasma being the safest and atm the strongest (eldar lose str for safety.)

 

do we go along with the sm and use their version of plasma and AC? or do we stick with what were given and continue to stomp our opponents no matter how old the codex is

I thought this was already addressed... I'm too lazy to search up the exact topic, but it's there, I remember talking about this. :D

 

We use our Assault 4 rending assault cannons as per C:SM, use plasma weaponry as in C:SM. :)

I play for fun. as such I won't have anyone telling me that space marines of different stripes use different wargear.

 

storm shields, ass cans, etc etc...all use the newest rules in my book.

 

anyone disagrees, I just don't play them.

I'd say newest rules apply to both unless house rules differ or players can decide before the game starts.

We use ALL wargear not covered in C:SW as though it were from C:SM. Basically, the "wolf" Wargear is the only thing from our codex. That reference sheet at the back is just that.. reference. Its outdated, and thus not used.

Of course they do. Overall, I dont care. Thats how I play it, thats how I advise others to play it. When the rules are not clear, all you can do is ask locally and see whats done there and how it should be handled.
