Just a quick question though? How come its not allowed? im assuming its because GW want everyone to go out and buy all the stuff they need from them rather than from someone selling off their old stuff. Bartertown.org is a great place for selling/trading your armies. The best explanation I can give you is that trading/selling doesn't fall within the scope of the BnC and isn't something that the board would like to be responsible (trade disputes etc.) for, at this time.
