bigmackey Posted November 2, 2008 Share Posted November 2, 2008 ok well first chapter i have created so here go's my vanguard troops are on here gunna keep there colours Codex gray : base colour Enchanted blue : inner shoulder pad Ice blue : shoulder pad highlight Dark angles green : shoulder pad border and weapons Snot green : highlight on outer shoulder pad and weapons Bolt gun metal : detail as needed and misc colours where needed Well the chapter comes about from a detachment of dark angles traveling on the rock to cadia and the eye of terror, selection's and initiates were taken being the gate to the eye of terror space marines are not usally taken from cadia but the dark angles being a law unto there self have decided to make a new chapter based on cadia called the vengeful swords. takeing a light approach to war in the 41st millennium they rely on very much a hit hard and fast, main special weapons are plasma guns (BITS BOX has too many of em) anyway bang some CC up here http://i187.photobucket.com/albums/x125/bigmackey1631/S8300108.jpg Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

A little more detailing could make them really stand out. I know this isn't exactly the place for this but, given that I'm somewhat of a DIY chapter addict, I'm a bit bothered by the concept that you've laid out for the history of this chapter. I would suggest that you read through the best resource that I've found anywhere for DIY creation. It a thread here at B&C that tries to steer people away from some potential pitfalls in chapter development as well as giving the process some structure The Ultimate DIY Chapter Creation Thread While I don't agree with a couple of items (and I mean really disagree, just look at my sig ), on the whole they have the process bang on.
