I've painted marines errant before in virtually identical blue to what you are using (blue/white halved instead of quartered). It's a really good look. The only thing I'd watch is the highlight on the face of the left most tactical marine - it looks like a strip of lighter blue rather than a highlight. Just needs a touch more of the bass colour.
