Well, here is what I have gotten done. Some my fellow brother may have seen some of my posts about my 53' pontaic. The car has taken most of my time. Well i'll shut up now and show what I done.

And here is the my Raven Guard Vanguard, but sadly out of 3 games I haven't been able to field them due to point cost. So I think i'm going to break some arms and make them normal assualt troopers. The only thing stopping me is I like how I modeled them.

On a side note all the bases are from Dragon Forge, and also if any wants close ups of anything else just let me know. Now I'm off to have some home-made chili. Yumm Yumm :tu:

Looking cool. What other chapters you gonna be using?

I'm using all of the orginial 9 chapters. I'm going for a "reunion crusade" feel army. Here is a rough list of the units I'm going to use.

 

Ultramarines – 2 Vanilla Tactical Squad

Raven Guard – 5 (maybe 10) man Assault Squad, 10 man Sniper Scouts

Blood Angels – 10 man Assault Squad ( not using Jet-packs), Predator Tank

Iron Hands – 10 man Sternguard Squad, Ironclad Dreadnought

White Scars – 3 man Bike unit, 2 landspeeders

Salamanders – 5 man Devastor Squad, Land raider Redeemer

Space Wolves – 10 man CC terminators (Drop Pod),

Imperial Fists – Thunder Cannon, Vincator Tank

Dark Angels – 5 man Devastor Squad (3 plasma, 1 HB)

 

Also the command squad is going to have one unit for each chapter.

MY friend wanted to do this!! Except..I found issues in the fluff... Dark Angels wouldn't donate troops (their unforgivenness) and Salamanders don't even have enough guys to make a successor chapter..let alone give some to a crusade.

 

That was the only problem. I thought it was an awesome idea, and we pursued it for a couple of weeks..until we came up with the Royal Redeemers.

 

Don't let me stop you though, if any fluff maniacs come by, you'd better take cover.

 

edit: You've got a nice sized army too. Want to trade? =-D

I'm ready for the fluff maniacs. I could say the are crusading in the name of their primarchs or some other reason. Also the whole army could only be fielded in 5000 pt games though. Also I'm pretty sure the Sallies have got there number back up by now too. As for the trade, I have grown to attached for them.
