Angels_Blade
Hey friends and all, Been beavering away this weekend trying to finish my Ironclad (Some say i quite like dreadnoughts!) Here he is- (The Hammer arm is much better balenced than the pics suggest) Ancient Damascus - Former captain of the 8th company seige company now Ancient of the 5th http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o138/mustanguk/PA260023.jpg http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o138/mustanguk/PA260025.jpg http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o138/mustanguk/PA260026.jpg http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o138/mustanguk/PA260027.jpg http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o138/mustanguk/PA260030.jpg http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o138/mustanguk/PA260031.jpg C&C Welcome as always Cheers AB Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/152283-knights-scorpio-ironclad-dreadnought/ Share on other sites
JetfireUK
I saw much of the WIP of this and didn't know what to make of the width of the Dreadnaught. Now that it's all painted up and finished I agree that somehow the sizing works. As I said in the other forum there are some great use of bits including the venerable Dreadnaught and Iron Warrior parts. Well done. You should be very pleased. Snozz
Those are some seriously nice dreads. Probably the single best Ironclad I've seen to date. You should be very proud of these. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/152283-knights-scorpio-ironclad-dreadnought/#findComment-1773574 Share on other sites

Capt. Kenaz
Wow! Those three models are not only amazing loooking, but think of all the mayhem they'll cause with deepstriking!!! Great job all around, I'm calculating how much to build 3 dreas for my Steel Confessor army. One question, On the hurricane bolter sponson; What is that decorative eagle bit on the sponson's front fairing? Is it from a building kit? What bit is it?? Great vision overall! Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/152283-knights-scorpio-ironclad-dreadnought/#findComment-1773664 Share on other sites

I saw your work in progress post but I can't find it now, can you tell me what you used to bulk out the Dread armour like that? Honda
As you can see from my thread, I am a dread head as well, and I just want to say that your ironclad is a brilliant model. You have created a very unique looking model and it should inspire your troops and instill fear in the enemy. Bravo!
