Mostly I'd use a female eldar guardian body but file the soul stones off and use some wfb heads. I would file the backs down a bit and put some space marine packs on and to top it off a bolter instead of the eldar suricats I'll be back with pictures but I wanted to share my idea. Glade guard I would be my guess since they have slender faces and the hoods work well with the sister theme as well. However my concern would be how many actual female eldar you get in the set.
