For ex., if there is a vow/special rule in play that allows me to pay +3 pts. for terms to get tank hunters, and they already have the tank hunter ability, will they get +2 for armor pen instead of +1? 2. SeattleDV8 Posted December 14, 2008 Share Posted December 14, 2008 USRs do not stack. once you have tank hunter thats it. It would be like having FNP twice you still only get one roll.
