Jump pack Cannoness

I have several questions about jump pack cannoness.

 

1.) Should you use 1 or 2 when using a 1500 - 2000?

 

2.) Should these both carry bolters and evicerators?

3.) Should these go solo or go in conjunction with a seraphem squad?

4.) I saw a guy at my club using two foot slogging squads of 20 sisters, and 2 cannoness with jump pack, an immolator, and an exorcist. Is this an effective army ( I dont know exactly the points, but thats all he had, well i think thats all he had, he had 2 heros that were both living saint models, so I a assuming that both were cannoness.)

5.) What else should I know bout jump cannoness?

I use one JP Cannoness armed with Evisc and Inferno Pistol that I run solo and St Celestine tied to a Seraphim squad. Thats for my 2k point army. Works really well for me.
