CrimsonMissed Posted January 22, 2009 Share Posted January 22, 2009 The metal banners that came with the veterans 1 box set are a similar size (a little narrower, but a little taller) to the Pedro K banner, may be worth a look if you are trying something similar again. arutha Posted January 23, 2009 Author Share Posted January 23, 2009 Thanks for the feedback guys! I will have to agree he is kinda hard to tell which chapter hes from ;) . Anyways I spent this evening fixing up all the chipped paint from putting him together. Touched up the feathers and added the final highlights also finished the final red extreme highlight. Put the base coats on the upper thigh guards. I am on track to finishing the model tomorrow. Looking to spend the weekend doing his base. Regarding the banners. I think its more of the pictures that throw the ratios out of whack, in person the banner sizes seem to fit. Anyways thanks for the pics, for my other dreads I think I will just make my own correct size banners. Keep an eye out for updates to my over all army log, the link is below, looking to finish the tac squad, as well as the conversions to my command squad.
