I can't really get a good look at his front side, but, I have to say you did awesome on that cloak. That alone is worth being proud of. I also like the looks of his spikes. You should get some more close ups, so we can get a better look at the details.

Good:

Well shaded on the red. Clean painting. Beautiful cloak and fur.

The gold looks great. Worn and warm.

Improvements:

The power weapon's grip is a bit too close in color to the rest of the weapon imo. There are also a few places to touch up on the grip around the hand and top of the grip.

I'm not quite sure what you are trying to achieve on the metallic bits of the power weapon where the black streaks show through.

The red face on the power weapon would pop with a careful highlight as would the skull on his left shoulderpad.

Minor highlights here and there on the red armor.

Minor highlights on the gold just in the very top portion of the curves.

Very very few teeny mold lines around the top of the cloak on the metal rod, power weapon, and grip.

One of the things I really dont like about the mini is the gold, it looks pretty much like a single layer of shining gold over blood red.

In order to make your golds really pop you need a darker shade of gold to show highlights. What I do for this is mix a 50/50 mix of scorched brown and shining gold. This gives you almost a metalic tin looking color. Then go over the higher areas with Shining gold again and you should really be able to get much more depth and detail out of your trims.

If you wanted to do even more highlighting mix the shining gold with Mithril Silver blending it ever close to a straight Mithril silver on the extreamly polished bitz.

Also, if you use more of a deep red, a scab or gore red as a base coat and highlight up to blood red, it would leave a darker section on places like the shoulder pad, which would give a much greater contrast between the bright red and bright gold.

I Hope this helps, if I can help further please dont hesitate to ask.
