I'm thinking of fielding one (instead of a GKLRC), with a GKLR Reedemer in my army (see : http://www.bolterandchainsword.com/index.p...owtopic=157099) Thanks. Grand Master Tyrak Posted January 12, 2009 Share Posted January 12, 2009 Neither the LR Helios or LR Redeemer have rules for DH usage. However, it would be perfectly permissible to field them as GK counts-as in Apocalypse using the regular SM rules. If you did use them in normal games (opponent's permission only), you would have to keep some kind of consistency by saying that the SM LR Helios/Redeemer can only take upgrades from the list is originates in. So, it wouldn't really be fair to include a counts-as DH LR Helios and then give it access to the DH Armoury. Personally, I would wait until FW does some rules for the GK LR Redeemer, it's rumoured to be in the next Imperial Armour book. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

In fact i'm looking for information on the helios... I've played gk before, and i remember that either the LR helois or the LR Prometheus was an option for the servant of the inquisition but i can't remember which one and in wich IA it was described... I have a GK LRR still to build, a Helios and I went a step further and built a LR Ares. Put the model together first and then center it the best you can, then cut. It should slide right in where the upper door goes.
