Looking at the picture in The Inquisition sourcebook, its about the size of an Inquisitorial rosette - a tiny thing when it comes to modelling. Which is a moot point since all DA bar the deathwing comes with grenades as standard equipment. Not to mention that grenades can be the size of a coin...
