AdeptusTerminautus Posted January 15, 2009 Share Posted January 15, 2009 since there are more seasoned =][= players here in this board in you opinions what would be the best assassin to take as a blood angels army, i was gonna steal and elite choice and use one, but i wanna know what is your favorite or most effective one. Inquisitor Fox Posted January 15, 2009 Share Posted January 15, 2009 One thing to keep in mind is that to ally an Assassin (any Assassin) to a Space Marines army will take TWO Force Org slots: 1 HQ slot for an Inquisitor Lord of one of the Ordos (Malleus or Hereticus) 1 Elites slot for said Assassin(s) So you also have to keep in mind the points cost of the Inquisitor and Retinue for that HQ slot, as well as which Ordo would be better for what you want to do. And since your allying slots are limited, the only way for a non-Inquisition army to gain access to your one allowed Elites slot worth of assassin(s) is to take an allied Inquisitor Lord from the same codex.
