AND IF THERE IS: can a Chaos model take one when entitled to take a combi-weapon (Champs and Terminator, for example)? Assuming one had the bits, it is legal to brew one up and use it? I think a plastic one in the commander box, and a couple metal ones as parts of various guys. sword brethren Posted January 21, 2009 Share Posted January 21, 2009 Yeah i agree they focus on Space marines rather than chaos, but to be honest i love making my own stuff. :P i fit a plasma pistol to the chain sword part of the combi bolter on the chaos termy kit if that helps. Chaos don't get storm bolters. Or land speeders. Or variant land raiders. Or thunderfire cannons. Or lightning claws for champs. Or good veterans. Or razorbacks. Or whirlwinds. Or drop pods. Even in a tournament? Yes you can take Combi Plasma weapon on the Termies &/or champs. In the codex it simple has then as combi weapon meaning Combi flamer, plasma or Melta. As for bits, for my own Combi Plasma I use the once from the Space Marine captain spure. Other wise look out for a topic Brother Nihm done, where he use Bezerker Plasma pistol. On a side note, can we keep the "we do/don't get" off this topic, I belive this topic is on Combi Plasma, we have already beat the "we do/don't" comment to death. So please keep this on topic. IP Edit: Since memeber are still talking of the "we/we don't" get after I ask you not to, post been deleted because it had nothing to do with this topic that all!!!
